mimana is an invite-only creator experience platform for brands. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, you can reach us at info@mimana.app.

To operate mimana, we process the following types of information:

• Brand account and application information
• Creator profile information, including social handles
• Optional city and country information
• Profile photos, brand logos, and other uploads
• Invitations sent and received
• RSVP status and attendance-related information
• Email, login, and authentication-related information

We use this information to operate mimana — creating and managing accounts, publishing and administering experiences, sending and tracking invitations, managing RSVPs and attendance, and communicating with you about your account.

We work with a small number of service providers to run mimana, and share only the information each of them needs to provide their service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

mimana currently sets only strictly necessary cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Notice for details.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. You can contact us at info@mimana.app to ask about, update, or request removal of your information.

mimana is an evolving product. We may update this policy as the platform changes — the version published here always reflects our current practice.
