Terms of Service

mimana is an invite-only creator experience platform for brands, creators, and curated collaborations. The platform helps brands create experiences, invite creators, manage RSVPs, and coordinate creator-brand participation.

mimana is currently an invite-only and approval-based platform. Access may be limited to selected brands, creators, administrators, and invited participants.

We may approve, reject, deactivate, archive, or limit accounts at our discretion to protect the quality, safety, and trust of the platform.

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including brand details, experience descriptions, dates, locations, requirements, content expectations, and invitations sent to creators.

Brands must only create experiences and invitations they are authorized to offer. Brands are responsible for clearly communicating any important requirements, restrictions, deliverables, or expectations connected to an experience.

Creators are responsible for keeping their profile, social handles, contact information, city/country information, and RSVP status accurate.

Creators should respond to invitations honestly and in good faith. If a creator accepts an invitation and later cannot attend, they should cancel or update their RSVP as soon as possible where the platform allows it.

An invitation through mimana does not guarantee collaboration, compensation, publication, deliverables, attendance, reach, or any specific business result.

Brands and creators are responsible for any separate agreements, expectations, content rights, payment arrangements, or usage rights they agree to outside of mimana.

mimana may provide tools to manage invitations, RSVPs, attendance, cancellation notes, and related communication, but it is not responsible for enforcing separate agreements between brands and creators.

You may not use mimana to submit, upload, share, or promote content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, interfere with the security or operation of the service, or use mimana to send spam or unauthorized messages.

Brands and creators may upload or provide content such as logos, profile photos, experience images, descriptions, social handles, and related information.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use any content you provide to mimana. You grant mimana the limited right to use that content as needed to operate and display the platform.

Accounts may be reviewed, approved, rejected, deactivated, archived, or otherwise limited by mimana where needed to keep the platform curated, safe, and trustworthy.

If account closure or deletion workflows are available, they may be subject to review and operational limitations. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, operational, or platform integrity reasons.

mimana is an evolving product. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may update the platform, change access rules, or modify workflows as the product develops.

We aim to keep mimana reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all information on the platform will always be complete or current.

mimana does not guarantee that any brand will receive creator participation, that any creator will receive invitations, that any experience will take place as planned, or that any collaboration will produce specific reach, content, revenue, exposure, or business results.

Use of mimana is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. These pages explain how personal data and necessary cookies are handled.

We may update these Terms from time to time as mimana evolves. The latest version will be available on this page with the updated date.
